Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable Recruitment Coordinator to handle and improve our recruitment processes. This role involves managing recruitment activities, candidate relations, and ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate details.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Manage candidate communication, including arranging interviews and extending job offers.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Analyze and generate recruitment reports to refine processes and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Adecco India’s recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
