Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable Recruitment Coordinator to handle and improve our recruitment processes. This role involves managing recruitment activities, candidate relations, and ensuring an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate details.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, including arranging interviews and extending job offers.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Analyze and generate recruitment reports to refine processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Adecco India’s recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
