Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to assist in various tasks at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be able to perform manual labor tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and production processes as directed by supervisors.
• Handle materials and tools required for manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Perform loading and unloading of materials and products.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support maintenance and repair activities as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of 10th standard pass.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
